Scott Bartley Joins Westlake Securities as Vice President and Controller
October 29, 2008AUSTIN, TX - October 29, 2008 - Westlake Securities is pleased to announce that Scott Bartley has joined the firm effective October 20, 2008 and will serve in the role of Vice President and Controller. Scott will have responsibility for accounting and financial reporting and will be actively involved in serving clients in the firm's growing financial advisory practice.

Prior to joining Westlake, Scott was a senior manager in the Austin Office of Deloitte, where he worked in the assurance and transaction advisory groups. He served multinational, public and private clients in a range of industries including energy, technology, manufacturing and consumer products and services.
Scott holds BBA and MPA degrees from the University of Texas, and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
