We act as a placement agent for equity and debt capital markets transactions for companies run by management teams we believe are capable of creating compelling investment returns.
Our clients are generally profitable, growing companies seeking expansion capital. Our practice focuses on Transitional Middle Market Growth Companies needing capital to move from a plateau to a faster track, and industry leadership. We will, however, selectively take on earlier stage companies when our due diligence indicates that these companies have the potential to penetrate a significant addressable market.
Transaction structure can involve equity or debt placements, and commonly entails both.
The Firm has an extensive network of established relationships with strategic buyers, private equity sponsors, hedge funds, venture capital firms, commercial banks, mezzanine and specialty lenders, and other funding sources.
